November y'reckon? That's pretty quick, I'd have thought given that they have to flatten it all too, early spring-time maybe? But then, they'd miss out on Xmas sales eh? Rush it makes sense from a cash point of view for them.

Yes it wont take long .. be steel construction and clad in stone... got car running ( temp) see how long it last this time... be nice to be able to walk across road to pick
